Petrol Lawnmower - runs but not perfect (Coton Meadows CV23)

Generic petrol lawnmower with 16 inch blade. Briggs & Stratton Engine runs well. Main problem is the deck is rotten. It is usable at the moment but not sure for how much longer. I have a second engine and another rotten deck as well. I was going to mend one with the other but have decided to move on.
