3 seater bed settee (Holmbury St Mary, RH5 6)
This comfortable and sturdy, beige (?) multiyork bed settee is about 20 years old and is structurally very sound. Was hardly used for many years but used daily for the last 5 years. It pulls out to a sprung double bed - very comfortable, with mattress. (The bed had been used about twice!) Really useful as a comfy bed for guests. dimensions Total width 200cm Width of seat cushions you sit on 160cm Seat depth 53cm Full depth 100cm Arm Height 50cm Full height 79cm The actual settee does show signs of wear. Covers are removable and can be washed in your home washing machine. The covers show signs of wear including - a mildly damaged area that was the cats scratching post! (we covered with fabric to prevent further damage as shown in one photo) - one corner of the fabric chewn away & clearly damaged, at the back (so may not be visible depending on where you put it in a room). - sun bleached on the back about 75% of the back. Right arm & side also sun bleached - sags - we put extra cushions or pillows under the seat cushions to compensate. Comfortable and seat cushions in fair condition. A large throw would disguise the imperfections! Looking for a new home as we needed something smaller having moved to a smaller house. Will need to be collected from Holmbury St Mary in a decent sized van

Excellent quality synthetic filling 13.5 tog single duvet - from spare room. Down sized & no longer needed. White Collect from Bookham (traditional office hours) or Holmbury St Mary (v flexible hours).

3 adult sleeping blue bags. Vintage style & age! Style with the zip that goes around 2 sides. Two are identical and can zip together to make a double sleeping bag. The 3rd is a different style Take 1 2 or 3 of them as you need Collect from Bookham or Holmbury
