Request: Digital Camera 📸 (Wallington SM6) Expired Hey everyone, I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to put out a little request in case it resonates with anyone. I’m a student with a big love for photography—it’s been a creative outlet and a real source of joy for me over the past few years. I started off with a small digital camera that I found here a while ago, and it truly became my ride-or-die. It helped me see the world differently, capture memories, and grow a real passion for the art of photography. Lately, I’ve been hoping to branch out a bit more, especially into using DSLR/Bridge/Mirroless cameras—the kind that might be sitting in a drawer somewhere collecting dust. I know a lot of people have moved on to phone cameras or newer gear, so I thought I’d ask: if anyone happens to have an older, unused DSLR-style or any camera they no longer need, I’d be incredibly grateful for the chance to give it a second life. Right now, I’m just trying to stay creative, be resourceful, and keep doing what I love in the most sustainable way possible—reusing what others might not need anymore rather than buying new. If you have something you’re willing to part with, even if it’s a bit old or dusty or if your unsure it works, please let me know. It would mean a lot. Thank you so much for your consideration

Request: Slide projector/scanner&film slides (Wallington SM6) Received Hi everyone! I absolutely love photography and I’m currently a beginner branching out into the world of analog photography, which has been such a fun and inspiring journey so far. I’m looking for: • A slide projector or film scanner to view and digitise 35mm slides • And any old/unwanted 35mm slides you might have tucked away somewhere! I’ve got a few slides of my own already but no proper way to view them clearly yet. I’d really love to explore any old slides people are happy to part with too. It would mean a lot and I’d be so excited to give them new life through scanning and sharing. Thank you so much in advance! 🥰

Request: Old Film camera & old/new film (Wallington SM6) Received Hi lovely community! I’m really into photography and have recently been branching out into analog film photography as a beginner, which I’ve fallen in love with. There’s something really special about shooting on film and I’d love to keep going with it! Sadly, my current film camera broke right after I finished my first roll .I accidentally snapped a part while removing the film, and now it won’t load properly 😢 So I’m on the lookout for a replacement camera (any old 35mm camera would be amazing!) so I can keep learning and shooting. Also, if you have any spare 35mm film rolls (even expired ones) I’d love to try them out. It would really mean a lot, and I’d be so grateful to give it all a new home. 🥰 Thanks so much for reading.

Request: 🏸 Badminton Equipment (Wallington) Received Hi everyone! I hope you’re well — this summer, I’m keen to get more active with my family and want to dive into playing badminton. I’m a beginner starting out, so I’d be over the moon to have any spare rackets, shuttlecocks or any accessories that you no longer use.
