I need a small amount of grey grout probably only 200-300g or so, I really don't want to buy a 2.5kg bag for most of it to go to waste, does anyone have some left over, or a bag I could spoon a bit out of? Many thanks in advance.

Tweetop PERT-AL-PERT MLCP Pipe 16mm & 25mm diameter offcuts - some quite long, over from a house build project. Recommended for use in following types of installation: cold/hot utility water central heating (radiator connections) surface heating compressed air ice water technological and industrial Currently in a dumpy bag outside but in good, clean, usable condition. Expensive to buy new. We don't have any fixings, just the pipe.

Plastic flush light recently removed in full working order & good condition. Diameter is 13cm/5inches protrudes by 12cm approx goes together in three parts as photographs show. Fixings and bulb not included, takes bayonet type bulb.

Metal wall light antique brass/bronze type effect with glass shade. Removed recently in full working order, needs a clean but in very good condition (requires a bayonet bulb - not included). Shade held in place with spring loaded clips so can be removed/replaced if desired. Light can be fitted with shade pointing up or down. Backplate is 10cm/4 inches in diameter, light is 10cm/4 inches tall without shade and 16cm/ 6.5 inches tall with shade. Protrudes from wall 14cm/5.5 inches without shade or 18cm/7 inches with shade. All measurements are approx.

Good quality metal and frosted glass flush ceiling light, brass plating has a couple of marks but otherwise it's in great condition. Removed from static caravan in full working order. 30cm/12 inches in diameter approx. Bulb still in fitting.

2x wall lights & x1 glass shade (Dawlish)

Two matching wall lights with integrated on/off switches. Removed from static caravan in full working order. They take bayonet type bulbs (not included) . Brass plating is a bit corroded in places but could potentially be painted with appropriate paint if desired. One light ONLY has a glass shade (included) held in place by spring loaded clips so can be removed if desired. The second shade didn't match and the glass was damaged so it has been removed and disposed of. The light's wall plate is 10cm/4 inches in diameter. The whole fitting including the shade is 19cm/7.5 inches top to bottom, from the wall it protrudes 14cm/5.5 inches without shade 17cm/6.75 inches including shade. The light is set up to hold the shade upright but i believe if the nut on the reverse is adjusted you may be able to have the light pointing downwards if desired.

Here is the kitchen out of a static caravan, doors are in good condition and have been removed, awaiting collection, but we need to still remove the carcasses (and worktop/sink etc) which are serviceable but not in tip-top condition. Perfect for shed storage or for upcycle project, coordinating doors and cabinets with glass fronted doors from living room are also available for free all in very good condition. We are stripping out our whole static caravan. I shall be listening contents room by room but everything is up for grabs, including the very in vogue peach bathroom suite! Here is the overbed storage, bedside cabinet and wardrobe (mirror has been removed) out of a tiny bedroom in a static caravan. The wardrobe has a door with hanging space and drawers underneath (which unfortunately cannot be seen in situ but you can see them on the driveway photo). These came out with barely any damage and are really sturdy. Perfect for shed storage or for upcycle project. We are stripping out our whole static caravan. I shall be listening contents room by room but everything is up for grabs, including the very in vogue peach bathroom suite! The packet had a little rip so I have taken everything out to check it (to my untrained eye I think it's all there) one foam ring thing is squashed (see photo) and would need replacing. As you can tell I am not a plumber, so I cannot advise on its suitability, but I hope it can be useful to someone!

Children's books for Kenton school (Dawlish)

Children's books needed! As you may be aware from both local and netional news Kenton school flooded very badly last weekend. The school library was particularly affected and almost everything has had to be thrown away. If anyone has children's books that they would like to donate to the school, that would be fantastic! They need: 1.) Chapter fiction books suitable for ages 7-11 years 2.) Non-fiction (history, geography, science, etc) suitable for 4-11 years 3.) Picture books suitable for young children from 4 years and up Please get in contact with me if you have anything suitable, I am a parent at the school and am helping gather books and store them while everything dries out.
