Free: Rug - 8' x 10' Beautiful Clean Rug (Westminster, CO 80031) Gifted Beautiful rug that was only used in Dining Room under a table - dining room was rarely used. ZERO stains or marks. Free: Fence Panels - Black - 3' x 6' (3) (Westminster, CO 80031) Gifted Brand new fence panels (3), still in original boxes. Never used. Purchased from Home Depot a couple years ago. An example of something comparable today. They go for $86/section 3 panels will run you $258. Won't rust or fade over time - Maintenance free.

Free: Rug - 7.5' Round Thick Rug (Westminster, CO 80031) Gifted Beautiful round rug hardly used. Great colors, detail and thick. Excellent condition - Looks new No spots, stains or fading. Compliments an 8' x 10' rug, same pattern, also listed on Craig's List.

Free: Ethan Allen Wood Chairs (Westminster, CO 80031) Gifted Really solid, no wobbling spindles or base of the chair. Structure is excellent but as you can see in the pictures, they probably should be either painted or refinished. One of the chairs was started to be refinished but my dad died and never got to finish them. Unfortunately, I cannot use them. Great project for the winter.

If you're moving - Great! If your building an art project and need a lot of paper - Great! Take as many bags as you want.

Free: Hot Tub - Marquis - Needs Motor (Westminster, CO 80031) Gifted Prior owner of a house we just bought, left a hot tube behind. We have no need for a hot tub. I'm told the motor bearing is fried. I have a contact who has a couple other motors that might fit. I can hook you up with him. Has full cover in good shape. Currently in backyard lower level patio. Must be able to remove.

Free: Leather Sofa and Loveseat (Somerset) Gifted Couch is 7.5' wide with 5 pillows; whereas, the Loveseat is 5' 6" wide with three pillows. No scratches, holes or rips. Pillows are soft fabric. Leather is a dark chocolate color and not black as the photos seem to indicate. Really nice set but moving and has to go ASAP. Pickup between 3/22 and 3/24. Sorry no exceptions. Moving a couple days later.
