Free: Hot Tub - Marquis - Needs Motor (Westminster, CO 80031) Prior owner of a house we just bought, left a hot tube behind. We have no need for a hot tub. I'm told the motor bearing is fried. I have a contact who has a couple other motors that might fit. I can hook you up with him. Has full cover in good shape. Currently in backyard lower level patio. Must be able to remove.

Free: Wood Book Shelves (3 shelf) (Westminster, CO 80031) Light oak. Very sturdy and heavy. You will have to remove from basement. Shelfs are adjustable with the addition of new pegs. Vertical boards are in place under the middle of the shelves to handle heavy items previously on the shelf. L 36" x W 8'1" x D 12"

Free: Wood Desk - Double side drawers (Westminster, CO 80031) Old, simple, small wood desk with drawers on both sides needs a new home. 20.5" Depth x 53.5" Width x 30" Height - small size doesn't take up much space Finished front and sides. Back unfinished. Warn with time but no major scratches or marks on it. Two dimples in top on front left and right - not noticeable unless you look for it. Must remove from lower level storage.

Free: Metal Shelf Unit (5 shelves) (Westminster, CO 80031) Gray metal shelf unit. Two shelves have bends in them but you may be able to straighten it out some if you take shelves off and use a hammer. It's sturdy overall.

Free: Leather Sofa and Loveseat (Somerset) Gifted Couch is 7.5' wide with 5 pillows; whereas, the Loveseat is 5' 6" wide with three pillows. No scratches, holes or rips. Pillows are soft fabric. Leather is a dark chocolate color and not black as the photos seem to indicate. Really nice set but moving and has to go ASAP. Pickup between 3/22 and 3/24. Sorry no exceptions. Moving a couple days later.
