Chop or Miter Saw (Oakland) Anyone have a working chop or miter saw they no longer need? As long as it works don't really care about cosmetic issues or rust. Will accept a broken one too if at least the motor works and it's something in my wheel house to fix (broken cord, switch issues, things like that).

gym grade treadmill (Oakland) Expired I tinker as a hobby and like to pull parts (namely motors) to use for my projects and gym grade treadmills usually have the stronger motors I'm looking for. Anyone have a gym/commercial grade treadmill that they don't want, where at least the motor is working, but is currently not usable right now due to other parts on it being broken? I know they're usually heavy, bulky, and hard to dispose. So if you have one you just want to get rid of, I might want a chance to have it.
