Hi, my 80-year-old mom is in rehab for a week after getting over an illness. She is bored but doesn't have the concentration to read books yet. Does anyone have any magazines that they are ready to part with..."women's" magazines, travel magazines, National Geographic, Readers Digest, etc? Don't need dozens but a few would be a nice distraction for her.

I seem to recall someone wanting baby food jars for paint or beads or some type of art project. If you have a need, I have six jars now and a steady stream is available (I use baby food to get my dog to take her medicine.)
