Hangs over the rear tire of you have the back rack Clips all there and work fine, handle on top in middle to easily carry around if needed Zippers a bit tired, will need to be gentle and patient with them but should still zip Used to have a top piece, which is why there are buckle clips on top but have no use since that piece was damaged
