The chair is very comfortable, 1 top of the button is missing, but it works. There are scratches on the body at the back. Missing arm pads as shown All adjustments work well. You can pump air into the backrest for special back support. In my opinion, it is not suitable for very tall people. The price for a new one is more than 1000 pounds
