This is a large grab rail. It weighs approximately 5kg. The back plate is 71cm long. It is in very good condition. It is good for outside or inside. These rails are often placed outside next to a door to help someone get through it. Requires 8 screws to attach it to a wall.

The is an unused water butt filler kit. It is for diverting water from one of your down pipes from your roof, into a water butt. You would need to cut your down pipe and fit this in. I think the biggest size pipe that would fit it is 9cm diameter. The tube is 49cm long.

These old planks are 211.5cm long, 17cm wide, and 1.9cm thick. They are a bit broken at the edges, and have old nail holes. They are tongue and groove, so will slot together. They are dry, and have no woodworm as far as I can see.

This wooden workbench is 153cm long, 60cm wide, and 86cm high. At the moment the legs have been taken off it, but it is easy to reassemble. It has some woodworm. There are approximately 40 woodworm holes. The bench has a good vice. This workbench is heavy. It probably weighs at least 60kg. So you’ll need two people to move it.
