Dining table and 4 chairs 176cm x 88.5cm dismantle able (Cradley WR13)
Great table, slight chips on the joining edge of the two parts but barely noticeable and could actually be trimmed with some work under to make them join properly with the metal swing catches underneath, plus 4 wood struts to bridge the two part underneath too... great table but my room is not so big and it doesn't get used much so happy to pass it on to a family home, possible two more chairs to go with if needed, with arms... but mainly the 4 unless you need more for family, then no problem... good support from the legs but not good to sit on given the central position.. but very stable for dinner time etc....what it is made for... i would love to have the space back and a biggish room again... come get anytime soon, thanks...

Hi, fairly heavy and robust dressing table, all the items will be removed so don't mind them, it has lights around the mirror but i collected it 2nd hand and never made them work, or even tried... will need a decent estate car or van to take it... can help get it to the vehicle if you choose to take it... drawers on runners like a filing cabinet and strong, not like IKEA frail stuff... Let me know, need the space as i have something else to put there.. will be glad it's gone... thanks...

Welly Boots, likely fit 8.5 to 9 mens... says 11 but that must be chinese size or something... length is 27cm or 10 5/8" quite a smart pattern, good condition, not used since they were swapped (accidentally?) at a Festival with mine, which fitted me These ones don't, I am 9.5 men, hence my size rating... Good boots... deep tread.

Comfortable Office chair with seat tilt and recline options...wear on both sides as shown in pic 3 and a tear at the top which has been gaffa taped to tidy it, pic 4... the worn sides are not noticeable, no rips on the seat... I used this happily until i got an upgrade here, so no longer needed... High back adds to the comfort over a low back chair... Great chair with still plenty of life, solid, no rocking or lean... possible delivery Malvern area...

Large doll's house, footprint is 36 x 18" height 35" to chimney top... one missing upstairs door, 3 or 4 missing windows, but some of these are still around somewhere so if taken then leave contact so they can be sent on when/if found... Roof is removable, chimneys too, so easy enough to move in an average size car... i repaired the front porch and door but touch up would be good with white paint... few bits of paper coverings need gluing down again... it's not a huge project to make sound again... Collect only on this item...
