Ceramic sink (brand new) (Colchester CO4)

This sink has a very slight manufacturing fault in that the tap, overflow and drainage holes are slightly out of alignment and the supplier told me I could do what I like with it. It’s a cosmetic issue at the end of the day and the sink is in otherwise perfect condition. Expand the photos to see the size. Cost was about £150 but I can’t use it so I thought I would donate it to someone who might possibly appreciate it. You’ll need your own taps and plug hole etc. What you see of the sink in the photos is what you get. I would like it collected any time between now and this Saturday 1pm though please.

Two settees and footstool (Colchester CO4)
I have these two settees - one 2 seater and the other a 3 seater with matching footstool. All matching fabric. Very hard wearing and very comfortable. I would prefer not to break this set up and will give to whoever can take them both. There is some uniform light fading of the fabric and some hidden marks underneath the cushions but otherwise they’re in good condition. I’d like them gone this weekend please. 3 seater: 1M Depth, 2.2M Wide x 0.75M High (0.9M High back With removable cushion) 2 seater: 1M Depth, 1.9M Wide x 0.75’ High (0.9M High back with removable cushion) Footstool: 0.85 Wide x 0.6M Depth x 0.35 High All have legs on castors that can be unscrewed taking off 11cm of the height if you have narrow doors.

Good condition in general. Very light scratches on the doors (see photos) and the main door is very slightly bowed by 2-3mm could very likely be straightened if you know how but it’s not obvious when looking at the unit. Size: 38cm high x 34.5cm deep x 189cm wide I want it gone quickly so please only respond if you can collect this weekend and please note the length of it.

As you can see these are dusty and have quite a bit of superficial rust on the chrome. They might clean up well or alternatively could be rubbed down with wire wool and sprayed. They have heavy bases to keep them in position and are in full working order. I was going to take them to the dump but maybe they will be an interesting project for someone.

This toaster is working but you may notice that the curved detailing at the back has some irregularities. It’s NOT cracked as it appears. This piece of plastic is supposed to give the toaster a bit of design interest. Might suit use in someone’s shed or workroom for a cup of tea and some toast on those cold mornings!

900 WIDE 590 DEEP 700 TALL or 715 if you want the feet!? I have two of these drawer units available. If no one wants by this weekend I will be breaking them down and throwing them away but for anyone wanting a bit of storage for the house or garage these are sturdy units They are solid oak doors and drawer fronts. The carcass is oak effect: These were originally kitchen cabinets. I still have the legs if you want to increase the height by 150mm but would equally make a nice upcycled sideboard (or two) with the addition of some decorative feet. You’ll need a worktop as I don’t have one available for these.
