Disassembled wood garage door (Little Italy)
This door worked when it was taken down to make repairs to the garage and it ended up not fitting the opening afterwards. We're not sure if all of the parts are still there — take it all for spare parts or as a project! Includes panels, springs, tracks, opener and chain. Custom made insulated white exterior door. Dusty but in good shape! The frame and threshold is intact, just needs foam cleaned off to reinstall. JELD-WEN 36-inch x 48-inch Single Hung Vinyl Window Builders Choice with Open J Brickmould & Screen purchased from Home Depot in 2021: Window Frame Size: 35 1/2-inch x 47 1/2-inch Rough Stud Opening Size: 36-inch x 48-inch Was previously installed, so there is residual Typar and Blueskin on the nailing fin only, which won't be visible once the window is reinstalled. There is also a scratch in the (removable) screen. Otherwise in good condition.
