does anyone have an un-needed zimmer frame ? (preferably one without wheels ) - the reason I need this is because my local gym does not have a "dip bar" machine and it turns out a zimmer frame is a great replacement to do this exercise - this would be used by anybody at my local gym that wants to do these exercises & not just me

re-advertising this with new pictures - correct as of 31st january - there is a lot of wood still available but most if not all of it will require a chainsaw pictures shows what remains of a large sycamore tree that was cut down recently if you want some of the remaining wood you will need a chainsaw & be willing to spend some time cutting the logs up into smaller pieces so you can take them away had loads of interest so initial preference will be given to people I have dealt with previously and/or people with a history of offering items

Its well past its "best before date" but I have been using it until recently without any issue Tub is still about 2/3 to 3/4 full Only reason I do not want to use it anymore is that its only 25% protein & 66% carbs (i.e. its used for "bulking up") and I want to switch to a supplement with much higher protein content Earlierst collection date would be from Tuesday onwards

found these in my parents garage - there are two smaller tents & one larger one (in the blue bag) - the smaller orange tent comes with a flysheet, not sure about the others - its hard to know which accessories such as frame posts & tent pegs are for which tent so would be best if someone took all three tents & then sorted out the accessories themselves (I think the hessian bag contains the frame posts for the larger tent)
