These are oven & microwave safe, disposable or reusable food trays. About 2 dozen of them. Ideal to portion/freeze batch cooked 1 person meals (cottage pie, lasagne, pasta, etc) - do the batch cook, whack them in individual freezer bags, and freeze. Slam in the oven or microwave to cook.
