Kensington Foot Rest (Clint Green NR20)
The top is slightly scuffed from where I've had my feet on it for 15 years or so but it is in perfect working order. I just don't need it any more.

3 New and Unused C Batteries (Clint Green NR20)

Not worth travelling a distance for but if you live locally and have something that uses C batteries they may be useful. I no longer have the torch that they were bought for.

Honeywell Boiler WIFI thermostat Controller (Clint Green NR20)
Gifted
Was in perfect working order when removed last year. Only changed because I got a new boiler that came with a new one. Originally working with a Potterton Gold boiler but I think it should be fine with most boilers but obviously check that before installing!!

Digital Telephone (Clint Green NR20)

Perfect working order. Offering because I no longer have a land line. Needs to connect into a broadband router to work. One phone with answer phone and one extension phone that needs only power to work.

Reclining chair with heated massage function (Clint Green NR20)
Gifted
Cream leather. The recline and heated massage function both work perfectly. Unfortunately the leather on the seat, arms and foot rest has become very worn and the cat hasn't helped so it looks very tatty but this could easily be hidden with a rug/blanket. For the massage function to work it requires power - obvious but I thought I'd better say this. For transport the back comes out of the base so it is not too large an item.

Garden Table and 4 Chairs (Clint Green NR20)
Expired
Metal. Rather tatty but nothing that wouldn't be sorted by a good clean and perhaps a coat of paint. I'm not sure I'll be able to get the screws out from the table legs to collapse it for transport so be warned. No cushions on the chairs.

Ergonomic Office Chair (Clint Green NR20)
Gifted
Excellent condition. Very comfortable. The only minor issue is that although the gas lift works as it should, occasionally you'll be sitting on the chair and you'll start to sink!!! I never got to the bottom of why it did it but the lever brings you right back up again. It became a conversation point when friends came to visit!!! It may be easy to fix if you have the right skill set. It has lived in a house with a cat and as the cat loved to sit on the cushion on it there will be residual cat hair even after brushing. You can't necessarily see it but if you are allergic be aware.

Small Mosaic tile offcuts (Clint Green NR20)
Expired
I have several pieces of mosaic tile left over from a border. They can be used individually as only joined by a netting back. Anyone into crafts that can find a use for them? I have a box (Celebrations plastic chocolate box) full of them.

Roughneck Log Holder (Clint Green NR20)
Gifted
Perfect condition although it has been sitting outside this winter so the paint is a little dull. I bought it as I thought it would be helpful holding logs for sawing but it just never worked out for me. I don't think there is anything fundamentally wrong with the item - I just didn't have the strength to get the logs into the grip ready for sawing so it defeated the object. I have reverted to an old fashioned wooden saw horse. But as they retail for £80+ there must be a benefit to it so perhaps someone else can make use of it.
