Request: Wood chips for mulching trees in Southwick Community Orchard (Portslade by Sea BN41) Hello we are seeking some wood chippings to use as mulch for our fruit trees at Southwick Community Orchard on Southwick Recreation Ground. Are you a tree surgeon or do you happen to know someone who has some wood chippings they can donate from non diseased trees. We also have a site on Fishersgate Rec too that could take some woodchips. Free: Sofa Purple (Portslade by Sea BN41) Withdrawn 240 cm wide. Arms come off for transporting. Super comfy we will miss it we are replacing with a sofa bed. There is wear on the arms but can be covered up. Need gone this weekend. Collect near Fishersgate Station.

Free: Toddler bed John Lewis - frame only (Portslade by Sea BN41) Gifted John Lewis Toddler Bed measuring 140cm by 70cm. Its slightly off white because we have a gas oven in our home (pet and smoke free) but nothing that a lick of paint suitable for nursery furniture cannot cure. There is a small crack in the wood as well. It was given to us like that and has caused us no problem. Its been a great little bed for my son. We got it from Freegle too. No mattress I'm afraid because its being used still. Collection nr Fishersgate Station or could potentially deliver reasonably locally.

We are seeking some for our tree rehoming project called The Birch Tree Project. We rehome unwanted birch saplings from Ashdown Forest and Hesworth Common for peoples gardens and green spaces. We are in the process of creating a tree nursery so need the sacks to house the saplings. For more information about the project visit our Facebook page called The Birch Tree Project. Free: Electric sander (Portslade by Sea BN41) Gifted Electric hand held sander, corded, works fine. Only thing is that it needs a new sanding plate. Workzone brand - from Aldi.
