Free: Recliner couch (NE DC by 8th and H st) Expired Black recliner, heavy you will need two people to carry, Free, need gone today, a tear at the arm underneath arm rest, probably can be stable. Stretches from 🐈, but still nice couch, just getting rid of it, to provide more space in my son room. Yes he had it as his bachelor pad set up lol, oh and im on the top floor, no elevator. But I have a dolly if that helps. No holds.

Free: TV stand (NE DC by 8th and H st) Gifted Black TV stand, I think it holds up to a 55inch. Not heavy but you need a truck or can break it down, you need that ranch thingy, look at the picture and I'm on the second floor, I can NOT help lift in any way..sorry. Need done asap
