porch umbrella stand/weight (Blooming Grove) I have a large porch umbrella (13' rectangle) that requires a seriously heavy weight to secure it at the bottom. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

1 time use (Blooming Grove) Need a few supplies for my husband's birthday party - I can even return the items afterward! Need a large, commercial size coffee urn; a few of those wire racks used for trays of food (I have the sterno cans already); a large cooler or maybe an inflatable cooler that I can fill with water + ice to keep soda cold. Never planned an outdoor party like this so I'm open to suggestions, too. Thank you!

Dremel tool (Blooming Grove) Expired I need a Dremel tool (or a similar tool) that I can sand a small item with (sandpaper alone isn't working as I cannot maneuver the paper on such a small item) and a larger tool is out of the question. I will purchase my own sanding paper/bits, can do this at your place (it should take less than 30 minutes at most), and I'm willing to compensate you for the electricity I will use. Anywhere from Orange County to Westchester - I can travel. Many thanks!
