V.good condition-Measures approx 170 cm in length and 130 cm in width at the deepest point in the middle of the cushion. The cushion pad has always been covered as got cat 🐈. Quite heavy needs two for moving and a van/ trailer . Tiny bits of the backing has come off on one edge - I have the 4 small brackets (will need new screws ). Needs brackets screwing to the wall to hold the mirror in place .
