In very good condition, comfortable as a chair and a futon. Small watermark stain shown in photos. Can provide a mattress topper for it as well. Come from a home with a cat so has a few cat scratches on it but doesn’t affect how well it functions. Dimensions approx 180cm by 120cm. Needs to go ASAP as moving out of rented property.
