Walking pad (malfunctioning) (BA2)

I purchased this walking pad 25/2 of this year. It worked for a few days then started giving me trouble by not turning on immediately. Now it works only sporadically and gives an E02 error after about 30-40 minutes of walking. I contacted the seller and they gave me a refund but now I’m stuck with a walking pad I don’t want to end up in a landfill. I’m not sure if it can be repaired since it is practically brand new. Or maybe it might be useful to someone in some way? I’m putting it on here because I don’t want to just throw it in the trash but I don’t know how to fix it or get it fixed. Women’s coat in good condition and warm. Purchased from Primark a few years ago but have since lost substantial weight so it isn’t getting any use. The second photo is the coat under the lamp and probably more true to color than the one showing the full coat. It’s beige, very neutral and goes with anything. Long, about to the knees on an average height woman.
