Walking pad (malfunctioning) (BA2)

I purchased this walking pad 25/2 of this year. It worked for a few days then started giving me trouble by not turning on immediately. Now it works only sporadically and gives an E02 error after about 30-40 minutes of walking. I contacted the seller and they gave me a refund but now I’m stuck with a walking pad I don’t want to end up in a landfill. I’m not sure if it can be repaired since it is practically brand new. Or maybe it might be useful to someone in some way? I’m putting it on here because I don’t want to just throw it in the trash but I don’t know how to fix it or get it fixed.
