Free: BBC Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (Northgate) Gifted This is a nice, well-loved set of 6 cassette tapes (1 hour each) of Douglas Adams' classic Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, as broadcast on the BBC in 1979. I got it as a neurodivergent tween who had trouble sticking with physical books, and I'd love to pass it on to someone else in a similar situation if they're around. Free: CD tower (Northgate) Gifted Do you still have CDs? 200 of them? Then this nice item is just for you! It's in 2 easily assembled pieces and in good shape once you dust it off. Fairly light too. Free: Melitta 1:1 coffee maker (Northgate) Withdrawn This works fine, and the removable parts can all go in the dishwasher. HOWEVER, it uses proprietary coffee pods from Melitta that they discontinued. It can still heat a cup of water quickly and maybe work with teabags? Pick up at secured building by Northgate.

Free: Melitta 1:1 coffee maker (Northgate) Expired Works fine, brews 1 cup at a time with water reservoir that holds about 3 cups of water. All the removable parts can go through the dishwasher. I've had it for 6-7 years. The catch is that it only works with proprietary coffee pods from Melitta, which they stopped making. It still heats water and could be used for other hot drinks like tea or cocoa. Anyone have a use for it? I'm in a secured building, so we'll have to meet to exchange this. Here's the model:
