Wall mounted, "floating" vanity, good condition, dark brown woodgrain, sliding drawer, with hardware. Measures 24w x 18d x 16h (18.5h with sink). Sink is separate; porcelain has surface crack, see photo.

Vintage armoire (Devon and Pulaski)

Vintage armoire, 16.5d x 77.5h x 37w. Crown piece is removable, measures 36w x 72.5 h without it. Has rod and hooks for hanging clothes, but it is more decorative than functional. OK condition for a piece this old. Nice inlay work on front (see pics). NOTE: it is heavy and you will need help moving it. I will move it to back deck, you'll need to take it from there. Easy alley access.
