Antique Birks Pendulum wall clock (Spadina & St. Clair)
Attention horologic enthusiasts. I inherited this clock in 2015, but haven’t had the time or expertise to work on it. The cabinet needs some restoration work, so I’m giving it away. Clock was working in 2015, however I can not find the windup key. Cabinet is solid wood. Made by Seth Thomas in Thomaston, CT for Henry Birks & Sons in Montreal. Overall dimensions: 21.5" H x 14.25" W x 5" D (front to back).

Denon AV Surround Receiver (Spadina & St. Clair)

Denon AV Surround Receiver, Model AVR-1000. Includes Denon RC-167 Remote control Features Dolby 5.1 sound. The receiver has one issue: It works fine for 5-7 minutes and then shuts off due to overheating and “Protection” appears on the display. Solution might be a firmware reset; there could also be other solutions. AM and FM antennas not included. Very clean from a non-smoking and non-pet home.

14 boxes, including 6 hard-to-find LCBO boxes. All in excellent condition and clean. Cart not included. :-) I'll bring them to the sidewalk when you arrive. Easy parking in front of our apartment building.
