Fan / cooling fan with water reservoir (Elm Park RM12) Promised Fan in good working order. Pump works fine too. Water tray needs a quick wipe out but otherwise is good to go. Appreciate it's cold now but for hot summer time it's great. Getting rid of now to a good new home as we got an upgrade.

Folding Floor chair / meditation seat (Elm Park RM12) Good condition. Good working order. Have used outside so a few tiny bits of grass need picking off underside. It's great, I've just not used it in a while so it needs a new loving home.

Coffee (Elm Park RM12) Expired Organic, decaf, only opened 5 days ago. Only had 3 cups. Tastes delicious but I suspect it's actually caffeinated as it gives me all the effects of being caffeinated so no good for me.

Box of packaging and white&green tissue paper (Elm Park RM12) Expired Some good packing material. And some pretty white and green tissue paper (crumpled but most intact apart from about 4 with some major holes in them (see picture of green tissue paper).

Large box (Elm Park RM12) Expired Internal 65cm x +45cm x 40cm actually two interleaving boxes so contained a 65cm x +45cm x 120cm with a fair amount of tape around the join.
