Request: Planks (Llandrindod LD1) Has anyone in or near Llandod got any old scaffold planks or boards similar to them, that they could spare please? I need them for edging narrow garden beds. About twenty or so feet needed ideally. Thanks, Helen 👍

Free: Birdcage (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Mid sized white metal bird cage. I was gifted this by another Freegler, and I used it as a temporary hospital cage for a wild bird I was caring for. I knew the poor bird was not going to make it, I just wanted somewhere as a home to ease his passing. The cage is no longer needed sadly 😢 Could a vet or rescue agency make use of it? Been washed and disinfected, so it's in clean, useable condition.

Free: Cookery (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Two pretty nesting tins, partially faded in places, but perfectly serviceable, and a solid wooden rolling pin, ideal perhaps for a junior baker just starting out?

Free: Heater (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted Medium size electric log burner. This unit heats up for several minutes, but then the heating bit shuts down, but the flame effect continues to work, so ideally it is more for decorative purposes than for heating. When the heater runs, it does belt out warmth though. Would make a great fireplace filler to block cold air coming down a chimney, and it really looks the part. Request: Log burner (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Hi Freeglers. If anyone in or close to Llandod is parting with an electric log burner, perhaps to upgrade an existing one before Winter, I could really make good use of it and give it a home. Happy to clean and paint it if needed. Thanks 👍

Free: Can crusher (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Wall mountable tin can crusher. I tried this once, but you need muscles I didn't have, to operate it. But a great, space saving in your recycling bin, recycle friendly device for anyone trying to improve their green credentials

Free: Steering wheel cover (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Black velour steering wheel cover. Photo shows size. This is a stretch fit cover from Halfords. My partner got the wrong size and binned the receipt, so we couldn't return it. It's brand new, never been used.

Free: Hard hat (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted White construction site style safety hard hat. Brand new in original packaging. This is an older hard hat, but as it's new, still a useful item to protect your head.

Free: Cycle helmet (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted Brand new, from Halfords, never worn, white adult cycle helmet. This has been in the sun, so it has minor discolouration on the top, but this doesn't affect its use. Ideal as a spare, or simply just to protect your head!!

Free: Owl tapestry picture (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted Lovely Owl tapestry embroidered picture. This was given to me by a kind friend, but I don't have the right space for it. It's a lovely thing. Hours of hard work must've gone into sewing it. It's also beautifully framed. If you love Owls, or know someone who does, this is perfect.

Free: Bed (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Black metal single fold up bed frame, no mattress, sorry. Perfect for teens sleep overs or camping in the garden, if it's not raining all summer!! This is on wheels so it's easy to move from A to B. Some of the bars would benefit from straightening but apart from that, it's in great condition.

Free: Beadcraft (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted Small amount of beads etc ideal for crafting. Things like making cards or embellishments for soft toys. Very pretty collection kindly given to me by a dear friend, but sadly not something I could put to good use, so maybe someone else might 🤔

Free: Blanket (Llandrindod LD1) Gifted King size, if not bigger, super thick, top quality chocolate brown fleece throw. I was gifted this by a dear friend, but it's not my colour really. I have machine washed it and it's good to go. Bit late for this Winter, although the way our weather is still, maybe not, but perfect for Winter to come. If you feel the cold, this lovely blanket will certainly keep you cosy and warm.

Request: Stamps (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Do you get a lot of post, or work somewhere that does? I collect used stamps for my sister, who sends them to The Cats Protection and Dogs Trust charities. These organisations raise a lot of money from stamps, of all descriptions. If you live in Llandod or surrounding villages, I can collect from you. Alternatively, get in touch and I'll send you my address, so that if you're passing, or are in town, you could pop them through my letterbox, I'd be very grateful 🙏

Free: Reflectors (Llandrindod LD1) Expired Two red reflectors. These belonged to my late Dad. I have no idea where they came from originally. They're in very good condition, about 28" long in old money 👍 Must have many uses, maybe a driveway gate, perhaps on your car, van, lorry to protect it? Anywhere that needs highlighting or looking after I guess, but a multitude of uses that's for sure.

Request: Paving slabs (Llandrindod LD1) Received Hello folks 😊 I need some paving slabs to finish a garden project. Do you have any odd slabs hanging around or left over from your own creations? One's, two's any shape, those things that get stacked up against a wall or behind a shed that get forgotten about or kept just in case you ever need them for anything, but you know you'll never use in a million years?
