Some original pieces have had to be replaced due to rot etc, but otherwise still in a good condition. It came to us second-hand a couple of years ago and all fixings were replaced and boards pressure washed and varnished. All pieces were varnished at the start of this summer to help maintain the condition. Includes the slide, which is concreted into the ground and anchors the whole thing. No other fixings or anchors included, which can be bought from the website. Will be disassembled for ease of transport. Delivery negotiable, otherwise collection from NW7
