Sandtoft double roman roof tiles (WF2) Expired Approx 100 tiles In good condition, got these from an early 2000s house but they do not go with my existing tiles very well so i have no use for them. Tiles need a jet wash but underneath they are a sand coloured brown, can be used as tiles or broken down into hard-core etc

Baby's first prints (WF2) Gifted Baby's first handprint and footprint ink keepsake kit. Never used and still sealed. Youngest is now almost 2 so no use for it now.

Solid pine table with 4 chairs (WF2) Gifted 6ft x4ft approx table made of solid pine with 4 chairs. Painted in distressed chalk white paint with waxed table top. Would benefit from the top sanding and rewaxing but in full working order, two chairs are painted to match and two chairs are still plain wood. Had it for many years and hopefully someone will have many more years use of it. Quite heavy as solid and will need a decent sized car or van to transport. I can't deliver sorry.
