Free: Accuhaler with built in mask (Walthamstow E17) Expired Never used as I hate the mask part. This is for use with asthma inhalers as the chamber with a valve allowing you to breathe in as much or little as you can. So if very out of breath you can take several attempts to inhale the dose. Please give a specific one hour - or less - time slot for collection.I won't accept vague "morning/after lunch" etc times! I'm retired so can be flexible.

Free: Humax Digital Recorder HDR2000T model (Walthamstow E17) Gifted In full working order.This is a hard disk recorder using Freeview tuner so you can record TV programmes including main terrestial channels in HD. It no longer supports BBC IPlayer. Also has a USB port so you can view photos,play music etc And have the choice to store them on the recorder. It comes with the original instruction manual,remote control ( supply your own batteries) and power cord. It has both Scart and HDMI connections. You'll need to supply the co-axial TV aerial input cable. I can throw in an HDMI cable if wanted. Also if you have no TV aerial I have an aerial booster with co-axial cable to connect to the aerial input.This is not as effective as a rooftop aerial as some channels aren't picked up. Once you've learnt how to use this its very versatile and can be become your music/photo storage device if you like older tech !! Please give an exact time slot as I won't accept "after lunch" or other vague times. I'm retired so can be fairly flexible Photos have failed to load but its dimensions are 32x24x5 cms

Contact me for the midwifes contact number. ‼️ SOS ‼️ I’m a community midwife for Homerton and one of my pregnant clients is homeless with absolutely nothing for her baby…she is due in 4 weeks. We have contacted various baby banks but so far haven’t received anything. If anyone is able to donate the following please could you DM me?
