The cold hurts my legs the cold gets into the knees and the pain is horrendous I have Patellofemoral pain syndrome and arthritis got appointment with doc can't wait.hopefully get knee surgery I've been waiting for. I'm in a supported accommodation,with mental health I got offered a mattress I donated it British heart foundation because it would of made my back worse.
