Sun loungers (Topsham EX3)

Green, tubular folding sunloungers, can be extended from upright seat towards being flat out! Cushions included. 20 years old but still in good order. Cushions a bit faded but perfectly usable. Fire protection label attached to each. Collect from Ferry Road, Topsham. Could be had separately, but would prefer both to go together. Cushions have been stored in suitases, and one grey suitcase (75 x 55 x 20 cm) available for each sunlounger if you would like it.

Unused hairdresser's hairwashing spray, has one-finger toggling between wide and narrow spray, approx one meter coiled tubing, 3/4" connector, hanging stand and stop valve. Would also work as bidet spray or for toilet purposes. Collect from Ferry Road Topsham.

1/2-3/4" MDF - 4pcs 3' sq,1pc 2'x4', 1pc 2'4"sq, 1pc 2'x5'. 1 pc 3'8"x3'8", 2pcs 2'10"x4', 1pc 6'x4' 3/4" blockboard 1 pc 4' x 1'11", 2pc 3'10" x 2' 3/4" OSB 4'11" x 1'10. All have been preused, and stored in a cellar for a few years. Some have been painted or batten screwed to them, Several of the square pieces of MDF have frayed edges or even larger areas cut out to fit around a stone pillar (I can explain if interested!)., but the larger pieces are largely complete.. They will go to the tip for recycling if not wanted, but there is material here for quite a lot of shelves etc. Collection from Fore Street Topsham

I have found three metal grids in a shed - they have been there for years, and are not rusty so assume they are chrome-plated. They are rigid with solid bars, doubled along the long edges. They are six foot tall and two foot wide. They look as if they were originally from a shop display, but they would make a good fox-proof chicken run,, or a strong support for climibing plants/veg. With proper supports they could be used as shelving. Collect from Topsham; I would prefer all three to go together though if you have a good use for just one, let me know.

Roundup 2.5 litre spray, has been sitting in a church shed for years. Looks OK but has not been tested. It is empty, so could presumably be used (after thorough rinsing) for other purposes. Collect outside office hours from Topsham.

A green plastic hose on a reel with winding handle. Has been unused in a shed for some years. Has not been tested for leaks or length, but hopefully you can estimate from the pictures if it is long enough to be useful for you. Collection from Topsham but will require some precise agreement about timings, as the shed is only available outside working hours.

Qualcast Quadtrak wheeled electric lawn mower with bin. Has been in a church shed unused for some years since the Council started mowing the churchyard. It has not been cleaned, serviced or PAT tested but was presumably working when it was put away. Collect from Topsham, will need to be outside office hours.

Hose for Henry vacuum cleaner. Never used . Black, approx 75mm diameter and 1.8m long. It is robust elephant tubing, so the connectors could be cut off and the tube repurposed. Collect Topsham.

Classic style Roberts Radio (Topsham EX3)

Roberts radio RD-11, with Pause Plus function which means you don't miss part of the show if the phone rings. FM and DAB but does not have DAB+ (so no Classic FM). Takes 6x D-size batteries but comes with transformer lead for mains operation. Volume control rather crackly, but otherwise works well.

Laminate covered tables, 2'3" deep, 4' long and 2'3"high (sizes approximate). Tubular steel legs, non-folding but stackable. Well used, with some damage to the edges of the top laminate, and some of the edging laminate broken or missing. However, perfectly functional work tables, can be made even more presentable with a table cloth. Could be taken individually or together; if no takers they will have to go to the tip. Collect from Fore Street, Topsham, EX3 0HL.

The following are available, preferably all to be taken together. 1. One 3/4-full tub of Ready For It showerproof white ceramic tile adhesive. 2. One almost full bag of Ultra Tile Fix Progrout Flexible. 3. Approx 1/4 bag Bal Micromax 2 wall and floor grout. 4. Bag of Tileflair 3mm spacers, approx 100-150 remaining. Collect from Topsham as soon as you like - I'll send you directions and put it all out for collection if you tell me when you are coming.
