Chairs (Laindon SS15) Expired Former House of Lords chairs. Upholstery springs have gone in 2 of the three so ideal for someone prepared to make repairs needed.

Adjustable Bed (Laindon SS15) Expired Third hand Sandringham Bed. Would cost £1400 new. Adjustable for bad backs. Small mark on mattress requires removal but otherwise in very good condition.

Fire place surround. (Laindon SS15) Expired 106cm high, 152cm mantle piece width, 140 cm base width. 21cm depth. Excellent condition, just had a different fireplace fitted.

lawn mower (Laindon SS15) Expired Flymo Hover Vac 250. Bought before lockdown. Not used much as had a postage stamp of a lawn which have now put decking over. in good working order.
