Multiyork large 3 seater sofa (Beckenham BR3)

Large Multiyork 3 seater sofa. The cover has signs of use and front of one arm has been scratched by our cat (see photo). However, although the cover is ‘fitted’ it can be unzipped and removed for cleaning or replacement. The fabric undercover (schedule 3 interliner) is in good condition and general construction is good quality. Labelled as compliant with Fire Safety Regulations 1988. Back cushions are duck feather filled and seat cushions are foam. Overall size (approx): Length 247cm, Height 90cm, Depth 100cm. Intended to be dismantled into 4 sections for transport which we will do for any taker (original Multiyork dismantling and re-assembly instructions provided). Genuine enquiries only, please.

chest of drawers (Beckenham BR3)

Vintage mahogany chest of drawers & mirror. Well made & very good structurally. 4 deep drawers that open/close smoothly and are of mortice & tenon construction. Drawers have brass ring on back-plate handles and each has original working lock, key provided. Top surface would benefit from sanding & re-polish or the whole could be stripped & painted. Mirror & top rear section could be removed, leaving a basic chest of drawers. Height: 165cm including mirror (87cm without) Width: 100cm Depth: 56cm Please call Stephen on 02086507040 if interested.
