Free: Cross trainer (Great Notley CM77) Promised Keep fit cheaply (and relatively easily!) This is our 10 year old Kettler cross trainer. One owner, low mileage, taxed and MOT'd. Sorry, that's my car. We bought this cross trainer in 2015 and never really used it enough. Not sure why- probably lack of time and or enthusiasm. In good working order, except for the pulse counter. It's either not working or I'm dead, probably the former. The metal plate visible on the control panel is for a tablet. I fitted it using existing screw holes so it's easily removeable. I won't dismantle the trainer until it's collected in order for the new owner to see how it's done. (It comes with two sets of instructions.) Mat included if required (but not the pot plants.)

Free: village hall style seats (Braintree CM7) Expired Grey plastic seats on metal legs. Been stored so a bit dusty! Available from our church in Braintree town centre. Could deliver locally. Approx 40, min collection 5 seats

Free: car bike racks (Great Notley CM77) Gifted We've gone electric and obviously we cannot carry ebikes on the roof of the car. The three racks are of varying ages and styles but are complete with all fittings. Two clamp on to the frame of the bikes and one clamps onto the crank. All you need are two roof bars on your car to clamp them on to.

Free: Kettler cross trainer (Great Notley CM77) Expired Purchased June 2015 from Fitness Superstore Chelmsford for £539. Seen very little use which is why its got to go. Working except for the pulse counter which clips on the ear. No idea why. 2 or 3 years ago it lost its friction control. Once again, no idea why but it came back a few weeks later. And now for the small print: it is VERY heavy and tall so strong people and a trailer or high top van will be required. Some of it dismantles easily to make it lighter though.

Free: 3 Exterior Christmas lights (Great Notley CM77) Gifted Three exterior lights, all work. Reindeer and sleigh, angel, star with comet trails. All work. Reindeer and sleigh are the oldest but look OK especially with a wrapped Christmas present. Cover the present in clingfilm and it will last several years! Star has been used once.
