8 tripods with receptacles for the trusses and 12 truss sections with fittings to assemble into longer stretches. I used them 3 trusses long which is not recommended - safe use is 2 trusses long, which gives you four full sets plus four extra truss pieces. Everything is well used and slightly beat up but still functional.
