Cat furniture / climbing tree (Northern NJ)

Just adopted a new kitten and she’s an energetic climber! I have a short “cat tree” with an enclosure on the bottom and a circular bed above. I am hoping that someone is looking to rehome a piece of cat furniture that would definitely get its share of use here, lol. (Attached photo demonstrates the item in the home already. We are looking for something taller….)
