50 packets of "Flexure MSM" a powdered form of Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate and MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) as a treatment for joint pain. Has a "orange-pineapple" flavor similar to Tang flavor, mix it in a cup of cold water. Good until 10/2025. Made in Colombia, so the back of the packet is in Spanish, but the mgs of each substance are clear. No guarantees that it will help your joints, but a lot of supplement sellers think so!
