Request: Asus Zen Ai0 power adapter (North Laine BN1) Has any kind person out there got either an Asus Zen Ai0 19volt power adapter they dont need OR could someone possibly lend me one very briefly. This is only to test one of my most recent street rescues, a Zen all-in-one PC (or imitation Imac ) which of course had no power adapter with it. I'm a retired computer engineer and whilst I have lots of similar laptop adapters none of them are suitable in this case, and I dont want to spend money on an adapter if the machine itself is likely to be broken up for the parts alone. Any offers of help gratefully received.....

Request: Ikea table or just legs alone (North Laine BN1) Received I am trying to provide a table for a young disabled person who lives alone in one small room. He needs this to use the computer I just gave to him. Often I have recycled Ikea tables or their metal legs from the streets. So, if I have a set of legs I can make a top easily. Not fussy about condition, will travel to collect whatever......

Free: HP Colour laser toners (unused) (North Laine BN1) Expired I have three toner cartridges for the Colour Laserjet M254 series, two of the Black, one sealed and one opened (but not used), plus one of the Cyan, sealed. Check the labels in the pics for details.

Free: HP laser printer (North Laine BN1) Gifted I have an Hewlett-Packard Laserjet 1320N to give away. NOTE this will NOT print via Ethernet as the network card is defective BUT it WILL print fine over USB. It does 1200dpi duplex (double-sided) black and white. The toner cartridge (see picture) is 89% full. I rescued this machine from the streets and have tested it for functionality. The page count is 7985 which is only about 2 toner cartridges-worth

Free: Vintage red leather chair (needs TLC) (North Laine BN1) Gifted This red leather upholstered carver chair I rescued from the streets some time ago but simply dont have the time now to renovate. The leather is in slightly grubby but only scratched condition and should respond very well to cleaning. The exposed wodwork appears to be oak and only needs wire wool and elbow grease. The frame is solid and only needs a bit of strippng of old varnish and slight attention to leg joints. Upholstery itself in seat and back is good.

Free: Antique (repro) Mantelpiece (North Laine BN1) Gifted Rescued from a skip by me a few years ago, but unlikely I will use it now. Very solidly made, probably of beechwood, in 3 pieces: the mantelpiece itself and two matching supporting classical fluted columns, which assemble to make a frame for the fireplace itself, with an egg-and dart mouding to the edges. Needs a bit of minor TLC. When assembled the mantelpiece is 136cm wide and about 120cm high and has a fireplace opening of 91cm x 88cm, bear in mind some adjustments are possible to suit. Will require collection from North Laines

Request: Einhell drill battery charger (North Laine BN1) Expired Has anyone out there got a spare battery charger for my Einhell BAS 18A cordless drill ? Newer drills dont use this kind of charger system anymore, it has a big socket in it into which the male spigot of the battery fits.

Request: 6" Black doorstep edge tile (North Laine BN1) Expired Does anyone out there have a spare black edge tile for my front doorstep ? Some evil person has removed one from my own step recently and so far I cannot find any to replace it....
