Free: Office Chair (East Arlington) Expired Comfortable upholstered secretarial office chair with armrests, swivel, and height adjustment. Great for home use. No spots or stains.

Free: Sofa (East Arlington) Expired Good condition, not saggy. Covering is a soft faux suede in a deep lilac color. 80" wide 36" deep. Seat and back cushions have zip-off covers that can be dry-cleaned. Comes with two smaller throw pillows. A few stains, but not very noticeable. Must pick up from first floor of my house.

Free: Computer Monitor (East Arlington) Expired 24-inch computer monitor in excellent condition. Works fine. The company I worked for closed the office entirely so everyone worked at home. They allowed us to keep our monitors and some other equipment.

Free: Exercise Videos (East Arlington) Gifted Exercise DVDs from the '90s, for home use. Cardio (step and other), weight training, and combos, mostly intermediate level. I used these for years, but I'm "gettin' old", as Paul Simon sings. These are for active exercisers and kept me fit for years. (I still exercise, but mostly standing cardio and weights.) Will also give away a couple of sets of handheld weights (7 lb and 10 lb).
