I think I got it from IKEA. It's in perfect condition. Was used in my kitchen for storing all our baking equipment. Yes it does fit in a floor kitchen cupboard - you might have to remove a shelf. You could use it anywhere in your house e.g. hallway for all those shoes or use to store all those toys! It has a chrome finish. I would not recommend using it outside as it would rust.
