hi, these are older chairs, but still pretty sturdy. They need to be power washed and painted in the color you choose. Only one of them has damage, see photo. This I believe could be repaired with a screw. I have too much furniture in my small backyard, so I would like to move these along quickly.

this smaller sectional was a perfect size for my cottage! I am getting a new sofa, so wanting to give this one away. It’s very well-built, the brand is Johnston BenchWorks. The sofa is structurally very sound, no break down in the cushions. I find it very comfortable— on the medium from side. (no sagging!). The upholstery is worn in places, and there is one tear and a burn, as shown in the closeup photos. I wanted a white sofa, so I have been covering this one with cotton drop cloths. I’ve included photographs of the sofa that way too. Will include the drop cloths for free with the sofa, if desired.
