Free: Rubble sacks full of top soil (Surrenden BN1) We have 18 sacks that have been filled today as our brick patio is being extended. Of these 6 or so are good quality top soil with a few roots and bits of grass. The rest have some rubble mixed with soil. You can come and pick what you want, it would be great to see it used for another project, the sooner the better! You will need a vehicle, easy access to our small garden.

Free: Vintage analogue photography equipment (Surrenden BN1) Gifted Halina film camera, two Aico close up lenses and Hanimex light meter, all in leather cases. Actina 49mm wide angle hood in original box. Have been in storage for some time so not known whether camera and light meter work.

Free: Minolta SLR camera with lens,flash and case (Surrenden BN1) Gifted This camera has been unused for a number of years, hence has damage from a corroded battery. However, it comes with a 35-105mm lens and hot shoe flash which are likely to still be working. If you can make use of it, please let me know.

Free: Vintage Roberts radio (Surrenden BN1) Gifted This 1960s radio hasn't been used for many years and has some corrosion to the battery compartment. I'm hoping that an enthusiast can rescue it as it used to sound fantastic back in the day!

Free: 18 pre recorded cassette tapes (Surrenden BN1) Gifted A selection of classics from the 60s to the 90s, for anyone who has a working cassette player. All working last time I played them.

Free: Heated propagator with seed trays (Surrenden BN1) Gifted This is a working electric propagator with lid, containing a selection of seed trays that fit inside it.

Free: Portable Honeywell electric heater (Surrenden BN1) Expired This compact heater (30x15cm) is working but isn't a great beauty, having some fading and discoloration from being in the garage. Still a nifty little piece of kit for warming up a chilly space though.

Free: Pioneer PD-6500 CD player (Surrenden BN1) Gifted This high quality CD player allows the programming of which tracks to play. However, the laser has stopped working and needs replacing. These are inexpensive but you need to be good at fiddly tasks to fix it! If you think you're up for it, let me know - the player works in every other way and comes complete with the original instructions and remote.

Free: Dark green three seater sofa (Surrenden BN1) Gifted This is a well-loved, good quality sofa that has some wear to the fabric but is still very comfortable and sturdy. There are no rips or tears, and the cushions don't sag. We've had it a good 20 years and the fire label references 1988 regulations, which are still valid today. Dimensions are 204cm length x 80cm height x 110cm depth. Removal company had no problem bringing it into our ground floor living room. I've also offered it to Emmaus as we need it moved within the next two weeks.

Free: Always disposable pants (Surrenden BN1) Gifted I'm hoping someone can make use of these as we have quite a lot of them! They continued to be delivered to my mum's house when she went into hospital, so we have 4x unopened boxes of 4 packs and one box of 3 unopened packs. That's 180 pairs of pants in all.

Free: Fridge-freezer (Surrenden BN1) Gifted Working Miele FN 12020 under counter model, bought from Carters in 2010. This freezer is working but unfortunately we have come to the conclusion that its no longer suitable for the under-counter space in our kitchen. This high-end model has a digital temperature display on the front, which has started triggering the high temperature alert when the power is on and door is closed. A freezer thermometer shows that the temperature is still -16. Sometimes the temperature display just flashes but at other times it triggers the beeping alarm and needs to be reset. It is therefore free to anyone who is able to take on this issue - either with a knowledge of freezers or who maybe wants to put it in a garage or similar. As an intermittent problem we can't guarantee how much of an issue this would be in a different location. Comes with instruction manual.
