Double bed (Burgess Hill)
This has been a guest bed so hasn't been used often. It is 1m 37cm (4ft 6ins) wide and is in good condition and includes the headboard. It is a divan so the base can be split / folded for transportation. The mattress is a Silentnight sprung mattress and is quite firm. There are no marks on it. If the mattress is not required the bed can be taken without it (we can dispose of the mattress).

Old A-frame tent. About 3.5m x 2m. Good condition (a couple of splits in the edge trim, but still water tight). Not very well put up as you can see in the attached photo, but everything is there!
