Picture / photo frames (square) (Eastside near Strip / Central)
Hi there, I am in need of perfectly SQUARE picture frames in essentially "like new" condition (or the most minimal wear). They need to be able to hold a photo / print of 12x12 inches minimum. Larger frames are absolutely fine as they will be used for larger photos and prints. Maybe up to a size of 28x28 total outer frame size. Anyone have a paper trimmer (cutter) that they are not using? [Anything similar to the photo I've attached]. I need one for an ongoing art project / business I am trying to pursue. Will travel to you to pick up. Thank you.
