Cushioned Revolving Stool (North Cambridge)
This stool is about a year old. It is a brown, comfortable revolving stool. There is one large "string pull" that you will notice in the second photo from my lovely cat. Our home is clean and furniture vacumned regularly. As with any chair of this sort you will occasionally need to take an allen wrench to firm up the screws.

Electric Coffee Bean Grinder (North Cambridge)
I have had this for several years. It still works very well. However, the plastic piece on the inside that kept the grind clean and loose broke off Perhaps there is someone out there that can mix/match parts to make a whole grinder again.

Reposting:We have moved and I desperately need to move the piano off premise so I can return the keys. #### My daughter is desperately trying to find a good home for her piano. We are all moving and have no space. PLEASE, only consider if you intend to take care of the piano. It is in good shape for its age. It has a small area of alligator cracking on the top by one of the corners. It was tuned every 6 months until 6 years ago. It does need to be regulated now. You do need to arrange for moving. However, I only have two steps. We know the history of the piano from purchase, it has been well cared for. Perhaps you could be the next family to care for it?
