Reposting:We have moved and I desperately need to move the piano off premise so I can return the keys. #### My daughter is desperately trying to find a good home for her piano. We are all moving and have no space. PLEASE, only consider if you intend to take care of the piano. It is in good shape for its age. It has a small area of alligator cracking on the top by one of the corners. It was tuned every 6 months until 6 years ago. It does need to be regulated now. You do need to arrange for moving. However, I only have two steps. We know the history of the piano from purchase, it has been well cared for. Perhaps you could be the next family to care for it?

Guitar, stand and books... all in good shape. The guitar will need to be restrung. The people that gave it to us put metal strings on it to get a specific sound. Long term it will damage the neck of the guitar, as it isn't the right instrument for that. It simply needs nylon strings. Feel free to email me with a time you can arrange pick up.
