IKEA round extendable dining table with 4 chairs (New Barnet EN4)
Black wooden extendable round dining table. It's in used condition so has a lot of surface scratches, but can be restored with some sanding and furniture paint. Comes with 4 basic black and metal chairs. One of the chairs had the plastic coating peeled off. Dimensions when round: 115cm diameter Dimensions when extended: 165cm long and 115cm wide It can be dismantled by removing the legs. Collection only from EN4 8BH.

Used cat tree, 158cm tall (New Barnet EN4)

This is a Karlie Paradise Banana-Leaf Cat Tree. My two cats have used it for about 3.5 years now so it has signs of wear and tear, but still some life left in it. The cushions could do with a wash, or you can remove them completely and add your own small blankets to make the enclosed spaces cosy. Both my cats are treated for fleas and worms monthly so there shouldn't be anything like that on the tree. It's sturdy and never toppled over even when they jump on top of the highest basket, but it does wobble a tiny bit when they jump on it. Dimensions: 103 x 58 x 158 cm (L x W x H) Base: 78 x 58 x 2.5 cm Needs to go today as I've got a new cat tree being delivered today. I've dismantled it and put all pieces in bags for easy transport.

Used fabric corner sofa, in fair used condition. 230 X 230cm Scratches on pillow covers, one small cut on corner seat cushion cover but invisible when positioned towards the back as pillows cover it. Seats are made of soft-medium foam.
