Available Tues aft., Jun 17. Deer Creek Canyon near intersection of Murphy Gulch Rd. & Deer Creek Canyon Rd. Sturdy metal trundle bed (old style). 83” x 40” x 24”. Pictured bolsters are included and make this a nice daybed/couch. Nice, clean, barely used twin long sheets also included. These fit the top mattress, which is a high-quality futon in great condition and is comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Small twin size trundle pulls out and can be used at floor level or pops up to more regular bed level.

Free queen size futon. Clean, solidly built, and very comfortable for sitting or sleeping. It just no longer fits our needs. 85.5” wide x 45” deep x 33” high. Futon cushion is 8” thick, all cotton. Front of the frame below the seat and the top of arms could use refinishing. Base cover is bright turquoise. Two additional covers pictured are included. The purple cover is clean, but a bit more faded than shown in this photo. The other cover is near-new. Plan on two strong people to move and load.
