Cast iron spade (Rochester ME1)

A cute, 37cm tall spade, made of cast iron (heavier than steel), with a strong sturdy plastic handle (possibly coating the iron?). A smaller foot spade, good for smaller jobs. It has cosmetic rust but would wire brush nicely, and evidence of doing hard graft. l got it from Wickes years ago. It has no movement or wobbles, and l think it could go on forever…l replaced with a larger one for my husband to use instead of me 😃. Easy access parking. First come, first served.

Watering wand for a hose (Rochester ME1)

A fab watering hose attachment gadget thing with various sprays to suit all your plant types. In used condition, been in storage, worked really well for watering our delicate rockery plants uphill on the embankment of a garden! Comfortable to use as a rubberised grip. Full length 35cm. Not recently tested. l don’t recall drips or any water weirdness in random directions! Easy access parking. First come, first served.

Folding camping/event chairs (Rochester ME1)
2 Low backed, steel framed (not aluminium weight) foldable, greeny/teal coloured wipeable fabric chairs with their own bag with a strap to carry it on your shoulder. Especially handy when climbing sand dunes or rocky beaches and need your hands to carry everything else. Hardly used and almost as new condition. Possibly came from the camping shop Camping International. Easy parking access to the front door. First come, first served.

Metal coal BBQ on wheels (Rochester ME1)

A cute metal BBQ with a high dome lid to add food on a good sized 2-piece metal grill. Separate lower door for loading coals, and 2 open/close fans at either end for fanning air over the flames. Has a low storage shelf and a useful pull out side table. And a chimney too! Oh yeah, and a thermometer to tell you you are not hot enough and need to add more coals etc. How amazing is that? 🤩 Grill plate for coals is burnt through and needs replacing. Overall, has surface rust that needs wire brush TLC and a respray in your favourite colour. One wheel needs a nut. Spring project anyone? It was given to us on this site for our patio but we are now considering a brick BBQ further down the garden, amongst the weeds. First come, first served. It is outside already for anyone to see too…

A fab storage addition for a shed, garage or outside-like den to store your stuff, given to us last year on this site, now surplus for us. When l cleaned it l remember a stain in the base, no rot or rust. The drawers slide well and 1 drawer opens at a time for safety :-) Easy access parking. Will recycle end of week if no one wants it :-/

Selection of paint recycled to me on this site last summer, some good quality paints. I have used some and am now passing on. All look to be in good, usable condition. I have stored them indoors, but l don’t know any more about them. Take what you want, or preferably all. Easy parking at the front door, no steps. First come, first choice. Additional Note: Small Satinwood white taken.

Yo-Yo Desk for adjustable heights (Rochester)

The fabulous yo-yo desk aid to adapt your existing table or desk into an adjustable height work zone! A great item for smaller work zones (and l believe quite popular). It works by a manual lever and the counter weight inside (possibly pneumatic?) helps you manually lift up and down with relative ease with no electricity used (bonus). White painted heavy metal adjustable post and weighted base, and white tough laminate (over MDF) finish upper moving base. Was Freecycled and used by us and we have now replaced it for a larger whole moving desk. Note some signs of use shown in the close-up photos but could be paint “touched up” or the plastic comes off and could be re-sprayed separately 🤔 Easy parking at the front door, no steps. Item is heavy but manageable to a car. Earliest collection is ideal :-)
