Vibrapower Disc vibration plate that wobbles all your bottom half at various speeds! It promises to rearrange your flabby bits and change your life for the better. Electronic screen shows programme selected, speed, and time countdown. This massager was Freecycled to my husband to help strengthen his core back following a muscle injury, now no longer needed :-) After 10 minutes of wobbling, your legs and bottom muscles feel hot as if done a ‘workout’ without moving or sweating, with an option to move arms a bit with hand bungees. Plugs in and includes a remote (just add 2 new batteries) and an instruction booklet what to do! Heavy item as powerful. Approximately 60cm/2ft diameter, 23cm/9inches high, with adjustable feet. First come collects!

Only 2 recycle bags left (2 already collected) of clean, fresh (ie no smell), tufts of polyester cushion filler wadding that could filler almost anything that needed fillering such as floppy cushions, floppy toys, floppy ‘bean’ bags, arts and crafts, animal bedding? It was Freecycled to me last year in 4 large white cushions for a 2.5 seater sofa (not included). First come, first served as in my hallway, and can’t open the front door :-/

Cute light grey 2 solid drawers metal filing cabinet Freegled to me as a temporary storage solution for my garage. Measures 26”/ 66cm high, 16”/ 40cm wide, 16”/ 40cm deep. Two white plastic moulded handle, both secure, one needs TLC. Two keys, one locks well, one for TLC. Used condition with scuffs and could slide even better with oiling. Good for shed, garage or workshop. First come, first served!

Two adult size cast iron and wood slat garden chairs restoration project. I found these on this site last year and love them, but just no time this year. Sides are heavy solid cast iron and no rust as painted. Could be re-sprayed any gorgeous colour to suit. WD40 the rusty screws off and upgrade with favourite choice wood. Could look awesome. Will last for years (if you treat/seal the wood, of course). Spring project anyone? First come, first served...

Very heavy, large glass mirror 150cm x 80cm framed on black MDF backing. Originally from Dunelm with 4 original hanging hooks. Has several small scuffs (see close up photos) but could be spot painted as new. Also a slight curve but due to leaning on the wall and not attached to the wall, will ‘correct’ once held in place. Mirror quality is fab as it makes you look slim too!

A Phillips TV Model 32PFL7404H/12 with surprisingly good depth of sound (the best bit) with 1080P HD 32 inch flat screen. Fully working but not set up at present. We have had this from new. Please notice a couple of scratches on the screen. The picture is still good as it does depend content shown and where light is emitted (didn’t put me off a good show!). Strangely, doesn’t notice when a DVD?!

IKEA Hafslo 150cm x 200cm Spring and Foam King size mattress. Got it free from free cycle as a temporary mattress. Great for guests, better than a blow up mattress. Comfortable to sleep on. No longer needed. Can fold in half or roll up to transport in a car. See photos for rip on underside and some small marks on the top. Fair condition. Will take to the dump after New Year if not picked up.
