2-seater sofa + 2 bed frames + 2 mattresses + 2 side tables (Bowes Park N22) Please see the attached photos. There are 2 identical bed frames + mattresses, 2 identical side tables and a black 2-seater sofa available. The sofa has a tear in the fabric but it is otherwise in reasonable condition. To be collected but I don't live there so we would need to indicate a time to meet and would like them to go by Monday at the latest thanks.

wood - lots of floorboards, pallets, bits of plywood (E8) Gifted Lots of wood removed for a building refurb. Some neighbours took some of it to strengthen their chicken coop. It might be useful for an art project, a makeshift shed or flooring for an outbuilding. Going to landfill otherwise.

Used engineered flooring (E8) Expired Hello, we unfortunately have to take up flooring installed recently to fix subfloor issues. We're told it can't be reused but someone handy might be able to reuse some of it for a community / outbuilding project. About 50 sqft of wide 300mm boards, 20.5mm thick 15mm birch plywood + 5.5mm ash Collect next week from Hackney Central, E8
